There is a place for stock photos (I think!) and for our own images, but I'm always on the lookout for sources of other images I can use which are free, able to be used multiple times, and for commercial as well as non-commercial purposes. Cue Mockup World.

Lumen5 is a video
creation platform designed for brands and businesses to produce social content for driving audience engagements online. The goal of the platform is to allow anyone without training or experience to easily create engaging video content within minutes.
The specific use of Lumen5 I've made use of is the platform's capacity to create a video out of a blog post. I've done one of
these so far - Reclaiming My Passion for Blogging . I'm kind of delighted with the result and others have expressed their approval! Check it out.
