Heart Whisper issue #25 Do you love and accept yourself with joy each day? Do you have a daily practice that empowers you? I know from doing my own daily practice through the Love Challenge that I do feel more inner calm and I am more at peace. I now know that I will be more open to receiving more love.

Mercury retrograde strikes! If you have been following the Love Challenge you will have noticed you are still waiting for day 21. Last week I was away and with limited internet access. Just before I left I made a Chakra Clearing Meditation with images to complete the challenge. I planned to post this before I left until I ran into technical challenges which I put down to mercury retrograde. this was confirmed by some of my astrological friends. Some told me to wait a week or so. So I have :)Today I will remake the meditation movie and post it. There is a meditation for you on
