Welcome to all the beautiful souls who have joined this week. I look forward to getting to know more about you and your heart whispers.
This painting jumped out at me when I was choosing today's heart and it was the 40th heart that I painted in the intuitive heart series.
Radiating love from our hearts allows us to shine and this leads to good vibes, joy and happiness. We feel good about ourselves.
It's a great way to be and last week I was feeling great and full of love and ready to soar. Not so!
On Friday I found myself suffering from the FUD factor. I felt like I was powering forward, maybe too fast.
So after just a little beat up on Suzie, I slowed down, and started to release the many things that weren't serving me. I journaled, got clarity from my angels, meditated and went to an art show.
Today I started today with inbox zero, a plan and feeling of peace. I would love to hear how you pick yourself up when the FUD factor appears.
