Today I completed the 21 Day Love Challenge with Oprah and Deepak, this has been a beautiful gift to myself and my heart. The centering thought on Day 20 was "Forgiveness is for me. Forgiveness sets me free"- Deepak Chopra. This centering thought inspired todays Heart Whisper.  Forgiveness is a gift we give to ourselves when we let go of past grievances, blame of ourselves and others. In forgiving we let go and we may have to do this many times to fully release our anger, blame, fear and shame. 

I know that in forgiving myself for things that I have beaten myself up on, times I have not followed my intuition- those times have often been costly both emotionally and financially.

When we do fully forgive we can experience freedom, embrace the love that is within and be bold. I had not thought of my heart being bold before today. This heart to me oozes boldness and I know that allowing my bold heart to shine will bring freedom.
