Some weeks just don't go as planned and last week was one of them. Seems like my body was calling out for a change, even a slow down. 

I have been struggling with my branding and have let that get in the way of getting my new products and programs underway.

So I took time out, read a couple of romantic novels, took a picnic lunch to the beach, had a long coconut oil, lavender bubble bath, met with 2 friends on 2 mornings at 2 different cafes, painted dancing hearts for a new banner. A mini holiday.

I did listen to an awesome Oprah life class last that raised some issues for me that you can read about on my blog. One reader reflected back to me maybe what the week had been about : " I'm just amazed by how you keep pulling off all the layers and moving forward." Funny I hadn't seen it as lifting more layers, yet it did make sense.

Today as I am writing this I feel the cloud has lifted, I have  clarity and I am looking forward to springing into September and yes it is Spring down under.
