Do you celebrate your wins, the small ones as well as the big ones?
This week I am celebrating that my 6 monthly test I have to make sure my kidneys are healthy were all clear, I celebrated discovering why I have been so tired- very low Vitamin B12, I celebrate that I can swim each day and that the sea is still warm. The nurse who gave me my B12 shot today thought I was crazy to be swimming at this time of the year- it is Autumn/fall here. 

What can you celebrate today? 
Make some time each day this week to celebrate you small wins as well as the big ones.
