This week's Heart Whisper I painted yesterday and shared in the Heart Whisper Circle on facebook and I was delighted when I read this comment from Kim: 

The first thing this image brought to me (Don't laugh!) is the 1960's hit tune THE LION SLEEPS TONIGHT by The Tokens (I think).My mind saw savanna grass & & tawny coloring, along with happy, festive hearts. You never know what old rock 'n rollers will come up with. Your whisper title is perfect. 

So I have left the title that came to me and this was the message that came .


​It is so important that we feed and nurture ourselves each day.

This meditation that I have recorded for you I did first this morning on my blab show. I decided to rerecord as sound was choppy.

This special super full moon is special. I heard the moon was heralding time to bring harmony and balance into our lives.  Plus it is time to take action on our dreams. here
